We are seeking an individual to fill the position of a Commercial Lines Client Manager. This position is a full time, non-exempt position located in our Pawling, NY office.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

-Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to major account clients, producers and company personnel.

-Check coverage forms for accurate coverage for new and existing clients

-Negotiate renewal premiums with carriers.

-First notice of claims.

-Recommending additional coverage’s.

-Processing change request.

-Assisting clients with solving their insurance related problems.

-Issuing Certificates of Insurance.

-ID Cards

Qualifications:

-3 years commercial lines, property and casualty experience required.

-State appropriate Property and Casualty license.

-Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

-Strong computer skills.

-Knowledge of Applied Systems a plus.

-To be able to work in a service intense and fast paced environment.
