There are important changes being introduced by OSHA due to a new final recordkeeping regulation. The first trigger date for compliance with this new rule is July 1, 2017, for certain industries. This rule imposes requirements for submitting your injury data to OSHA, and addresses anti-retaliation with regard to post offer drug testing and incentive programs. We will also review some of the basics of how and when to record workplace injuries on your organization’s OSHA log. The discussion will be followed by a brief Q&A session. (This rule primarily applies to organizations that have been previously required to comply with the recordkeeping standard).

Who Should Attend: Environmental Health and Safety Staff, Human Resource Professionals, Risk Managers, Training Managers, Facilities Coordinators, Transportation Coordinators, and Safety Committee Members.
