The Future of ACA:
• What does it take to change the law?
• What has happened so far?
• What now for Plan Sponsors?

The President-elect and most of the Republicans campaigned on a pledge to “Repeal Obamacare.”

With Republicans in control of both Congress and the White House, repeal appears to be in sight. However, a total repeal may not be as simple as it seems nor is it necessarily the goal of the Trump Administration. A partial repeal may have repercussions on the economy beyond what is anticipated.

In this webinar, Dan will provide an update on where the administration is on the issue of repeal, where Congress stands and the Republican proposal to allow States to retain the ACA..
Dan will also look at how the changes at the Federal level translate into changes at the State level explaining why many of the anticipated changes won’t be immediate.

This webinar is intended for the CEO’s, CFO’s HR Professionals and their staff of employers with 50+ employees who are subject to the requirements of the ACA. By attending this webinar you will gain a further understanding of the legislative requirements involved with action taken on the Affordable Care Act. Additionally you will be updated on the current plans expected to be promoted by President Trump and Speaker Ryan for ACA reform.
