Carol has over 25 years with Rose & Kiernan, Inc. and has served in several capacities during her tenure.  She currently has responsibility for human resources, office technology, and property management.

Carol is a member of the Rose & Kiernan Board of Directors and also serves on the Board of the Greenbush YMCA and the Capital District YMCA Human Resources committee. 

She is a 2003 Capital Leadership graduate and is the current President of LUGAS (Large Users Group of Applied Systems). Carol is a 1984 graduate of Albany Business College.
