Don Chrysler brings over 18 years experience to his current position as Assistant Vice President, directing Rose & Kiernan’s Personal Lines division.  His extensive knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry help facilitate his ability to manage the unit’s staff, work with a wide range of clients, and find innovative strategies to solve our client’s personal lines issues.

Prior to joining Rose & Kiernan, Don worked for Jardine Group Services where he managed the insurance needs of union members throughout New York State and around the nation.  From there he moved on to First Niagara Risk Management, successfully rising through the ranks as he continued to develop his skills as a leader in the industry. 

Don graduated from Alfred State College in 1989 with an Associates Degree in Accounting. He currently serves on several agency councils and is a Board Member of the Pine Bush Little League.  He is married with three sons, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.
