Step 1:

· Visit the web @ www.cigna.com (sample above)

· On the above screen, under the middle segment titled “Find a Doctor” enter the city, state and zip code where you wish to locate a participating network doctor.

· On the above page, select Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and then select the search button at the bottom of the screen
