EyeMed Vision Care

Starting with the 2006 Plan Year Eye Care Plan of America (ECPA) is now known as EyeMed Vision Care.  EyeMed Vision is the parent company of Eye Care Plan of America. There will be significantly more providers for you as an employee.  This is not an insurance plan but a discount savings plan. Your participation is voluntary.  Please review the links below.  If you are interested in joining this plan, please complete the enrollment form send it to Sandy Lennon with a check for $12.00 payable to Rose & Kiernan, Inc. prior to December 20, 2005.  The plan year will run January 1 to December 31, 2006.
