Announcing the RKSolution®… What Do Employers Want in an Online Benefits Administration Platform?

For benefits administrators and HR professionals, the move away from manual, paper-driven benefit enrollment programs to online benefits administration (ben-admin) continues to be an area of evolution and growth. According to an article published by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), employers clearly value the employee user experience and integration with other HR functions when choosing an online benefits administration platform.

At Rose & Kiernan, Inc., we are proud to have recognized the value of this ben-admin model when we launched our RKXchange, 10 years ago, the first such ben-admin exchange platform in the region. Now, utilizing and building upon the advancements in technology, we are delighted to announce that the time has come to transition the platform from the RKXchange to the RKSolution®, as our proprietary offering.

The RKSolution® system provides all the core functionality and efficiencies built on the RKXchange chassis, but now with many exciting additional features all aimed to save HR departments more time, reduce administrative costs, while enhancing the employee experience.

Key features of RKSolution® include a cloud based, secure, easy employee access and self-enrollment system with the ability to manage every aspect of the enrollment process. Administrative users can create standard and ad hoc reports, communicate with employees and new hires, streamline ACA reporting and access employee data and metrics. Additionally the system provides seamless integration with carriers and vendors to transfer data securely and accurately in one system.
