Last month, the Rose & Kiernan, Inc. Board of Directors unanimously declared its regular quarterly dividend of $5 per share and increased special dividend of $6 per share – up from $3 per share over the last three quarters. The total quarterly dividend of $11 payable to shareholders of record will be payable on April 1, 2018.
The previous fiscal year end April 30, 2018 dividends are as follows, bringing the total fiscal year dividend to $35 per share:
