Rose & Kiernan, Inc. Recognized as a ‘Best Practices’ Agency (Again!)

This honor comes from participating in the annual IIABA annual survey and study that collects and documents the best practices of the leading independent insurance agencies in the country. The purpose is to set clear guidelines for top performance and inspire all insurance agencies to adopt the industry’s best practices. The report provides the industry benchmarks and operational information on growth, profitability, productivity and financial stability.
The IIABA accepts nominations from insurance companies and business partners for this status at the beginning of each three-year study cycle. Early this year in March, 1,349 insurance agency nominations were received. Through a 33-point performance check and thorough review of data submitted by each agency, only 267 agencies had a high enough score to qualify for a best practice agency. This qualifying group was then split into one of the six revenue groups.
The extensive financial and operational data that comes from each study cycle is invaluable to the industry and sets a standard of excellence for all to emulate. The results of the study also supply members of the IIABA with tools and resources to kickstart their businesses and exceed annual performance goals.
