In a recent meeting, the Rose & Kiernan, Inc. Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly dividend of $5 per share and a special dividend of $3 per share. The total quarterly dividend of $8 payable to shareholders of record on June 30, 2018 will be payable on July 1, 2018.
