Rose & Kiernan will be presenting at the New York Alliance for Inclusion & Innovation Risk and Safety Conference, presented in collaboration with the New York Alliance Risk Advisory Council. The conference takes place on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 9 am – 4 pm at the Albany Marriott.
In today’s ever-changing risk landscape, good strategy dictates a constant assessment of the risk climate. This conference allows professionals to stay ahead of industry trends, listen to subject matter experts, learn from peers and get technical assistance. The focus of this year’s conference is ‘managing risk and safety’ by finding better solutions, making better connections and benchmarking your program against leading practices.
Mark Dailey, CSP CRM VP & Director of Risk Management and Shauna Waldin, PHR, SHRM-CP AVP, Director of Compliance & Wellness are both presenting. Shauna presents on ‘Worksite Wellness’ and Mark presents on ‘Controlling Workers Compensation Costs & Developing Safety Culture.’ His program will provide a basic understanding of workers compensation insurance costs, the impact of historical losses on the agencies experience and the overall human and financial costs agencies bear when workers are injured.
