The R&K team includes a wide range of experts you can count on to help with whatever you need, every step of the way:
Sales Professionals – Responsible for overall client service and relationship management. This is your point of contact for key issues, someone to help with coverage interpretation, strategy and claim resolution.
Senior Vice President, Client Management Services – Oversees the support delivered by each of our three customer service team leaders, provides technical backup for each, and maintains oversight for client service, policy administration, and internal service audits.
Client Manager – Provides direct support for all matters surrounding policy administration including, but not limited to, policy change requests, certificate review/requests, audit inquiries, policy billing reviews and questions, endorsement processing, claims first notice of loss, premium cost allocations, and service coordination with claims, marketing, and loss control.
Senior Vice President, Property & Casualty Practice Leader – Provides leadership for the firm’s commercial lines group, commercial brokering, and its claims and risk management service groups, as well as the firm’s personal lines practice. Holds corporate responsibility for insurance carrier relations and oversight for all brokerage, claims and risk management operations.
Vice President, Director of Claims Management Services – Provides leadership and portfolio management responsibility for claims, oversees professional claims staff and acts as a property claims specialist.
Senior Claims Advocates – Provide primary claims advocacy and act as the direct interface on claims. Assists in pursuing subrogation of third parties. Provides status of major claim reserve changes to client.
Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist – Responsible for technical workers compensation claims review including carrier adjuster reserve justification. Provides detailed workers compensation experience modification promulgation projection report to client.
Senior Claims Litigation Specialist – Provides claims advocacy and legal support on complex claims, and claim-related legal issues.
Director of Risk Management Services – Conducts risk assessments and evaluations in concert with managing account executives. Overall responsibility for stewardship and all loss control, safety & risk management related activities. Provides oversight of insurer risk control and risk management services and serves as a liaison in support of client needs.
